Giving your problems time and space is the best way to make them smaller. These cards teach you to STOP, RELAX and REASSESS
When you get a big feelings such as anger, take out your anger management cards and select one from each colour. Follow the instructions on the cards until you have calmed your mind and body.
After enough practice you won’t even need to use the cards!
