Description

This puzzle is made up of 4 colours (blue, green, yellow and red), each colour set consists of 4 blocks that have facial features that when placed together make a face with an emotion expression. There are also a pile of cards that give children direction on what faces to create.

The face changing puzzle allows children to explore emotions, what they are, what they look like and how they can change. This also opens dialogue for us to have a conversation around feelings in a fun way. The cards give guidance into what can be created and how different expressions can look. Children are encouraged to follow the cards, plan, find the blocks and place them so they match the cards.
